Graduated from the Federal University of Pernambuco – UFPE, with an LL.M. in Corporate Law from INSPER. She has also completed the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) course and the Blockchain and Digital Currencies course of University of Nicosia (UNIC). Brazilian Member of the INPLP (International Network of Privacy Law Professionals). With over 20 years of experience in the business sector, she worked at a large law firm specializing in corporate and M&A. Her roles in the legal departments of major companies spanned the electricity, telecommunications, technology, and financial industries, supporting business development, as well as Compliance and Data Protection efforts.

She is the author of articles and co-author of several books including "Applied Digital Law 4.0", "Applied Digital Law 5.0 – Special Public Administration", "Applied Digital Law 6.0" and "Mergers and Acquisitions in Focus vol. 2". She played a pivotal role in the launch of Blockchain in Brazil through the Guide and Impact Study by MID and PwC (2023). Recognitions include being named the Most Admired Lawyer in the economic sector of Banks (2021) and receiving awards in the Análise Advocacia Mulher for Digital Law and Intellectual Property, in the economic sector of Banks, and by the state of São Paulo (2022).

She was nominated by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) as one of the leading business lawyers in Latin America, recommended for her expertise in Data Protection, Technology, and Privacy (2023). Additionally, she was honored by the Leaders League in the areas of Data Protection and Technology (2023 and 2024), Startups and Innovation (2024) and recognized by Best Lawyers in the fields of Privacy and Data Security Law (2024 and 2025).

Lawyer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Information Security, Data Protection, and Digital Law, with notable work in major technology companies and renowned financial institutions. With a solid academic background, she holds a specialization in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) and in Governance, Risk, and Compliance from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-MG).

Certified by international institutions such as PECB (Lead Auditor in Information Security), EXIN (Data Protection Officer and Artificial Intelligence), IBM (Security and Privacy by Design), and IAPP (Certified Information Privacy Manager - CIPM), she has expertise in key areas for the development and legal and corporate protection in the digital and innovation landscape.

She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity and Data Governance at PUC-MG, reinforcing her commitment to continuous learning amid rapid technological advancements.
In addition to her work as a consultant and partner, she is a professor and speaker, with published books and specialized articles, sharing her knowledge with the market and contributing to the advancement of the compliance, privacy, and information security sectors.
