Stefan Martinić

Stefan Martinić is a Croatian attorney-at-law. His work focuses on commercial and corporate law, with a strong emphasis on the IT sector, EU law, data protection, AI regulation and technology law. He holds LL.M. degrees from Harvard Law School and the London School of Economics, and has gained additional experience through MIT, the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the University of Oxford Saïd Business School, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Parliament. He is also a CIPP/E-certified privacy professional.
