Gustavo Vilera

Gustavo Vilera is a Venezuelan attorney and partner at FFV Legal, based in Caracas. He holds a law degree from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation from the University of San Andrés, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gustavo serves as an Adjunct Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the UCV, where he also acts as Executive Secretary of the Intellectual Property Chair. His practice focuses on Intellectual Property, Privacy and Data Protection, Life Sciences, and Corporate Law, advising local and international clients on strategic, regulatory, and enforcement matters. He is an active member of several professional associations, including the INTA, ASIPI, COVAPI, and the Caracas Bar Association. Combining strong local expertise with an international perspective, Gustavo provides comprehensive counsel to clients operating across multiple jurisdictions and industries.
