Montserrat graduated from Universidad Panamericana and has more than six years of experience in Intellectual Property matters. During her professional career, Montserrat has focused her legal practice in the strategic advice of a variety of matters, among them, the protection, enforcement, defense and exercise of Intellectual Property rights. Intellectual Property Litigation is one of her main areas of expertise; in which she has excelled for managing several litigation matters brought before administrative and jurisdictional authorities, as well as arbitration proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization for disputes related to domain names (UDRP and LDRP).
