New members have joined the INPLP: Lorena Botelho and Caroline Teófilo

Urbano Vitalino Advogados, with over eight decades of experience and tradition, stands as Brazil’s second-largest full-service law firm, with representation in 13 major capitals and an international footprint spanning Latin America, the United States, Angola, Portugal, and other European nations.

Lorena Botelho graduated from the Federal University of Pernambuco – UFPE, with an LL.M. in Corporate Law from INSPER. She has also completed the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) course and the Blockchain and Digital Currencies course of University of Nicosia (UNIC). Brazilian Member of the INPLP (International Network of Privacy Law Professionals). With over 20 years of experience in the business sector, she worked at a large law firm specializing in corporate and M&A.

Caroline Teófilo is a lawyer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Information Security, Data Protection, and Digital Law, with notable work in major technology companies and renowned financial institutions. With a solid academic background, she holds a specialization in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) and in Governance, Risk, and Compliance from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-MG).
