José Antonio Arochi, has a wide experience built in Trademark, Patents, and Intellectual Property Litigation (IP) since 2010, and a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a LLM from The George Washington University. His six-year stint in Washington-based IP law firms enriched his understanding of the U.S. legal system. He excels in strategic consultation for IP rights, Information Technology, Regulatory Law, Advertising and Marketing.

Verónica Siten has over 15 years of experience within diverse aspects of the legal field and Personal Data Protection. She is an Information Security Specialist and leads Privacy and Data Protection projects, ensuring compliance with local and foreign regulations. Collaborating with industry experts, she employs a systematic approach to information management, identifying strengths and opportunities in clients' Privacy and Information Security.

Montserrat Landaverde graduated from Universidad Panamericana and has more than six years of experience in Intellectual Property matters. During her professional career, Montserrat has focused her legal practice in the strategic advice of a variety of matters, among them, the protection, enforcement, defense and exercise of Intellectual Property rights. Intellectual Property Litigation is one of her main areas of expertise.
