Oscar Montezuma Panez received his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and a master's degree (LLM) from The George Washington University. He has 15 years of experience in the telecommunications, media, and information technology sector. He served as a Consultant to the Colombian Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications and as a member of the Copyright Committee of INDECOPI. He holds a Diploma in Cybersecurity from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Niubox, a consulting firm focused on technology law, public and regulatory affairs, and legal innovation, with operations in Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia.
