Fábio Lacaz is a seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer, Fábio is well-versed in representing clients in complex domestic and cross-border operations and assisting in all legal issues that impact client business, including intellectual property and data privacy related issues. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo and a Postgraduate in Business Structures and Transactions at the São Paulo School of Law of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Fábio is also recognized as one of the most admired lawyers in the last three annual editions of ANÁLISE ADVOCACIA 500, published by Análise Editorial.
