Jason Kravitz is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Boston office and currently leads the firm’s Cybersecurity & Privacy practice group. Previously, he co-led the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and has extensive experience running and trying high-stakes patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, false advertising, and software implementation disputes. Jason is also the founder and co-host of, “A Little Privacy, Please!”, a video interview series that highlights privacy topics business leaders need to prepare against and respond to the latest cyberthreats.
