Aniket Ghosh is a Partner at King Stubb & Kasiva and leads the firm’s Data Protection and Competition Law practice. He advises Indian and international organisations on data privacy, regulatory governance, and digital economy issues, with a particular focus on the implementation of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
