Lukas Bühlmann, an experienced partner at the firm, co-heads the firm's Digital, Data Privacy, and E-Commerce Group. Renowned for his expertise in the digital and internet economy, Lukas specializes in advising and representing a diverse clientele ranging from Swiss and international entities in the internet and e-commerce sector to major players in health, tourism, and public transport.

His extensive experience encompasses advising on e-commerce regulation, data protection & commercialisation, advertising as well as AI regulation and IT & software projects. His practice is notably strong in international and cross-border digital business and the intricate interplay between competition law and digital commerce. Lukas excels in sectors like luxury goods, new technology, advertising, media, tourism, and retail. Fluent in German, English, and French, he brings a global perspective to his practice.

Michael Reinle is a member of the firm’s IT, Data Privacy & E-Commerce practice group. He focuses on data protection, IT as well as technology law. Michael Reinle also has broad experience in regulatory matters concerning foodstuff, consumer goods, and medical devices. He further advises and represents clients from a broad range of industries in intellectual property, unfair competition and advertising law matters. He is fluent in German, English, French and is conversant in Spanish.

He was a member of the AIPPI standing committee on trademarks (Q212) and worked in various AIPPI national study groups, such as the study group on intellectual property rights and license contracts in bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings as well as in the one on copyright in artificially generated works. Furthermore, Michael Reinle regularly acts as a speaker in his fields of expertise.
