Anne-Marit has significant experience negotiating complex data processing agreements related to intricate ERP and IT procurements. Additionally, she has a long-standing background in providing general advice on GDPR compliance, as well as securing data and intellectual property rights in complex transactions. Anne-Marit has played a pivotal role in some of the largest technology and banking transactions in Norway in recent years, including the acquisition of Bank Norwegian, the merger of Vipps and MobilePay, and the acquisition of Kahoot!
