Anne-Marit is an experienced attorney specializing in GDPR, data security, AI, and technology law. She has extensive experience in advising on operational procedures and negotiating technology contracts, providing guidance across various industries. Anne-Marit is particularly skilled in handling matters related to the processing of personal data in AI projects and contracts for AI project delivery.

She has also specialized in finding effective solutions to privacy-related challenges that arise in collaborative projects between different legal entities, whether it involves data transfers or dataset mergers. Anne-Marit has significant experience negotiating complex data processing agreements related to intricate ERP and IT procurements. Additionally, she has a long-standing background in providing general advice on GDPR compliance, as well as securing data and intellectual property rights in complex transactions. Anne-Marit has played a pivotal role in some of the largest technology and banking transactions in Norway in recent years, including the acquisition of Bank Norwegian, the merger of Vipps and MobilePay, and the acquisition of Kahoot!

Anne-Marit is a trusted advisor to technology clients on privacy and data security issues, recognized for her strong commercial acumen and ability to find practical solutions for clients. She has delivered numerous lectures and seminars on GDPR and technology law and is known for her ability to convey complex legal concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

Anne-Marit worked at the Norwegian lawfirm Wiersholm from 2020 to 2024, and prior to that, she spent five years at the Norwegian lawfirm Schjødt. She also has a background as a journalist at the leading financial newspaper in Norway - Dagens Næringsliv, and as a consultant at the PR agency Geelmuyden Kiese. She is qualified as a lawyer in Oslo and New York and has also studied international law at Sciences Po in Paris.

Ståle L. Hagen is a specialist in commercial technology contracts, with extensive experience in negotiating such agreements both domestically and internationally. With a background in the IT industry as both a customer and supplier, Ståle has collaborated with the Norwegian Computer Society (DnD) and DFØ (SSA) to develop several standard contract templates widely used in the industry.

International rating agencies Chambers and The Legal 500 recognize Ståle as one of Norway's leading technology lawyers. He is an inspiring and sought-after lecturer and speaker on topics such as technology law, contracts, and negotiations, and frequently serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Oslo and Oslo Met.
