Paul leverages his legal and technological acumen to assist clients worldwide with large-scale IT and telecommunications projects, as well as commercial contracts. He ensures that legal aspects of transactions related to technology, sourcing, supply chain, and licensing are appropriately addressed. Paul’s experience spans Asia and Europe, where he has advised clients on mission-critical outsourcing arrangements, complex IT and telecoms projects, use-of-data and cybersecurity issues, blockchain and crypto, managing media reports, and addressing employee misconduct.

Paul has more than 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration regarding disputes arising from distressed projects, IT failures, and breaches of contract. He draws on his extensive experience to help clients with:

- The use of data across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with applicable data laws, and acting promptly and authoritatively in the event of a data breach or cybersecurity incident.

- Facilitating project management in relation to the implementation of major IT solutions and complex IT projects.
- Managing negative media reports, defending libelous statements, pursing defamation claims, handling privacy breaches, and addressing smear campaigns on social media and across the internet.
- Addressing employee misconduct, including breaches of fidelity and theft of confidential information.
- Contractual disputes involving local companies and those in different countries, including disputes resolved through local courts, international arbitration, and other methods of dispute resolution.
