They cover a range of Data Protection and Privacy Law, Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Compliance Training and assessment, and general law services including Traffic Offences, Divorce, Probate and Estate Administration, Property Leases and Sale/Purchase, Personal Injury, Corporate Law Matters & Corporate Governance Advisory Services, and Employment Law. They are also retained on panel of the Legal Aid Council where they provide Legal Aid Legal Support to clients who may qualify.
 
Daryl Palmer is an Attorney-at-Law who is qualified to practice law in Jamaica and Australia. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and qualified Compliance professional. Daryl has over 15 years of experience spanning media, banking, insurance, hospitality, business processing industry and telecommunication. He has been conducting training and sensitization sessions in Data Privacy and Data Protection and has been providing guidance to individuals and organizations on how they may meet the Compliance standards under the Data Protection Act.

INPLP provides targeted and concise guidance, multi-jurisdictional views and practical information to address the ever-increasing and intensifying field of data protection challenges. INPLP fulfils its mission by sharing know-how, conducting joint research into data processing practices and engaging proactively in international cooperation in both the private and public sectors.
